Yesterday I started a simple experiment:
Replace 5 apps with one system.
Today is Day 2.
No switching.
No going back.
What I didn’t expect:
The biggest change is not productivity.
It’s mental clarity.
Before:
Constant context switching.
Tasks in one app.
Notes in another.
Reminders somewhere else.
Now:
Everything lives in one place.
It feels quieter.
I’m not faster yet.
But I’m more focused.
Curious to see what breaks first.
If you're juggling multiple apps:
what’s the hardest part for you?
